MOULDS

MIRROR, SATIN and MATT FINISH MOULD:

• MIRROR, SATIN and MATT FINISH MOULDS are available in special CARBON STEEL (S45C or S50C) or in STAINLESS STEEL (304 or 316L)

DESIGN MOULDS

• DESIGN MOULDS are made with special CARBON STEEL S45C.
• DESIGNS are made according the designs given by the clients or
  created by our design studio.

STRIP DESIGN MOULDS

• STRIP DESIGN MOULDS are made with special CARBON STEEL S45C and these are for NEOLITES/RESIN RUBBER SHEETS for LADY BOOTS.
• DESIGNS are made according the designs given by the clients or created by our design studio.

FRAMES

• All frames are changeable
• There are two types of frames: fixed on the plate or fixed in slots
• Before the MOULDS or FRAMES will be produced our customer will get a drawing for confirmation.
• All MOULDS and FRAMES are marked and have to pass our QC STANDARDS before shipment.
